For this week's assignment, you will determine through individual reflection the most valuable or HOT strategy listed in the Developing Adult Learners textbook in Chapters 4 - 7 (Assessing, Collaborating, Experimenting or Imagining).

In Week 8, we completed a HOT Strategy Discussion activity as a group. For this reflection, you will complete a similar activity where you select one strategy that is most valuable to your personal or professional practice. Please select an a strategy from any of the four categories that was NOT selected during our class activity.

Reflections on Learning #3

For this week's reflection, you should reflect upon the various strategies and concepts presented in this course. Through Week 6, we have presented foundational information related to the seven (7) C's of effective instruction. The seven (7) C's include:
